Want to touch your creative part and try something unique? You do not need any prior experience, let’s paint on water together!

Ebru is a traditional Turkish paper marbling art of creating colorful patterns and images by dripping and sprinkling color pigments and minerals on water, then transferring these onto paper. All the tools and paints that are used in the process of creating Ebru art are traditional Turkish tools and materials developed for Ebru art.

The first part of the workshop will include training on the history of the art, technique and materials, followed by hands-on practice of the art, including abstract and flower forms.

You can create your own EBRU art with our step-by-step instructions. All attendees will keep their own unique artworks. You will enjoy this UNESCO heritage art form in this TASC Ebru Art workshop.

Simply wear your comfortable, casual and not so expensive clothes and shoes just in case you want to get extra creative.
