Mr. Ibrahim Uyar
Ibrahim Uyar was born in a village near Kayseri, central Turkey in 1976. He immigrated to Washington, DC in 2001 to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He also earned an MBA and is currently a PhD candidate. He is a native Turkish speaker, fluent in English, and speaks intermediate Arabic.
Mr. Gunay Evinch
Gunay Evinch was born in Chicago, Illinois, to immigrants from Ottoman Macedonia and the Turkish Aegean. He grew up in San Francisco, and has resided in the Washington Metropolitan Region since 1993.
Ms. Derya Taskin
Derya Taskin is the President of the Turkish Institute for Progress (TIP). Born in Turkey, Ms. Taskin moved to the United States in 1995 to attend high school and, later, Seton Hall University, where she attained a B.S. in Diplomacy and International Relations
